Welcome to 12 days of Fitmas! This workout challenge is a fun, festive way to stay moving and consistent during the holidays with quick, feel-good workouts you can fit into even the busiest December days. This is day ELEVEN!

This is your 12-minute mat abs workout. This workout will be entirely done on the mat. We'll work all throughout your core, your abs, your obliques, and your back. I'll give you options as we go, and we'll have fun! Let's do it!
