Did you know you can improve your posture with scoliosis and live pain free? I know this because I am living with two 50 Cobb curves! I have managed to help correct muscle imbalances so I am standing taller, PLUS living pain free and thriving within my curvy body.
I am a scoliosis coach and I use a variety of methods to help people with scoliosis, including (but not limited to) the Schroth Method, Yoga for Scoliosis and Scolio-Pilates.
DISCLAIMER: Structural scoliosis can never be 100% 'fixed' - even with surgery! But you can improve it, you can improve your relationship with it and you can live a mobile healthy life - to me this is 'fixing' the situation. Do not copy the exercises I am doing here - every curve is different and you can make things worse if you are not doing them correctly. Seek help from a scoliosis specialist!
