However, depending on the weight choice, it can be very challenging even for advanced athletes or pros—just like it was for me. 😋✨ Many exercises require no weights, and you can choose to go completely equipment-free or use lighter weights - whatever feels best for you. 🙏🏼

▸ equipment: one dumbbell (I am using 1x 10kg for your reference), a mat is recommended
▸ muscles worked: lower body, glutes and quads.
