This 30 minute yin yoga class will help you relax before bedtime to promote a deep and restful sleep. Take the time to dim the lights, light a candle and set up your space for relaxation.
Poses include child's pose, supported bridge, sleeping butterfly, supine twist and legs up the wall.
All you will need is a block or a pillow and your yoga mat.
