Sharing a savory glutinous rice char kueh filled with grated yam bean/jicama. It is soft and chewy in texture and often serve as snack. These Char Kuey best serve with garlic chilli sauce!
Prep time: 30 mins
Cook time: 30 mins
Recipe:
350g yam bean/jicama
1/2 tbsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil for cooking
300g glutinous rice flour
250ml room temperature water
2 tbsp onion oil
