The Algarve in the Winter - what is it like?

Will you have a good time in the Algarve in winter? We spent a month in Albufeira over the winter holidays, and thought we would talk about what our experience was like in the low season. Yes, it can get chilly, it still is winter, but midday can also be quite lovely, and we wore shorts and tshirts when we were walking around in the sun on the beach.
