Spinal Flexion & Extension PAILs and RAILs

Instruction for spinal Flexion (cat, rounded back) and spinal extension (arched back, head up) progressive + regressive angular isometric load.
For PAILs, we are applying force and load into the progressive side of the joint. In this case, we try to push OUT of the position and keep the integrity of the spine. For extension, utilize the posterior chain and tissues on the back.
For spinal extension PAILs, we use the anterior spinal tissues to try and get OUT of the position and keep the integrity of the spine.
For spinal Flexion RAILs, we use the anterior spinal tissues to squeeze the ground together.
For spinal Extension RAILs, we use the posterior spinal tissue to push the ground apart.
