WEIGHT WATCHERS ZERO POINT EGG DROP SOUP RECIPE! SO EASY TO MAKE!

Such a yummy egg drop soup recipe I wanted to share with you that I made the other day! This is an original ww recipe that I saw Chloe from @average.fitinfluencer make!

Zero point egg drop soup: 1 1/2 cup is 0sp
What you will need:
olive oil spray
4 cups chicken broth
6 eggs
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp chili garlic paste
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 container of shiitake mushrooms
3 stalks green onions
1 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp water

How to make:
cut your green onions and mushrooms in thin slices. to a pot spray with olive oil spray and add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, next add in mushrooms and green onion sautée until mushrooms are softened.

Once mushrooms are soft add in 4 cups of chicken broth, 1 tsp chili garlic paste, and stir together, place heat in medium and let simmer for about 12 minutes.

in a bowl add 1 tsp corn starch with 1 tbsp water and mix together, then add into soup, stir together and turn heat down to low.

whisk 6 eggs together then add 1/4 cup of the broth directly into the eggs. With a fork slowly pour in the eggs and stir with fork slowly while pouring in the eggs.

Serve with extra soy sauce , chili garlic paste, and top with green onions.
