Whether or not bench pressing and chest training is useful for strikers is a bit of a war of opinions online! My take (based on my experience and backed by outside research) is: it IS useful for building punching power with other benefits that are helpful for developing striking skills! #fitness #martialarts #boxing #benchpress
I also defend the bench press a little bit as it seems many people take this great exercise for granted
