Today is the second day of our 7 day at home workout challenge. Each day will consist of a quick workout (no repeats!!) allowing them to be manageable and fit into all of our busy schedules. Today is all about the lower abs using just a foam roller. Feel free to stack them with ab finishers, stretch routines, or other quick workouts on the page if you want more of a challenge.
