TOTAL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT - Target all your major muscle groups and get the heart rate up with this sweaty, full body kettlebell workout you can do in under 30 minutes.
A moderately heavy to heavy kettlebell. I used 12kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
Complete the following time scheme on each exercise before moving into the next:
40 secs work/15 Secs rest
30 secs work/10 Secs rest
20 secs work/15 Secs rest
