Grab your kettlebell and use this Tabata style workout to fire up your muscles and strengthen and sculpt your entire body.
A variety of weighted kettlebells (or dumbbells), I used a 8, 12, 16kg kettlebell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
