嗨大家好,我是YogaLadyM,欢迎来到我的瑜伽频道!下班之后还要坚持锻炼,真的是太难为了我了。有什么运动,适合只想躺平的选手吗?当然啦,躺平也是有讲究的。既然要躺,那就要躺的舒舒服服的,躺的有效果!

今天就带大家练习一套躺平式修复瑜伽。修复瑜伽这个词是从英文翻译过来的,原文是restorative,就是恢复,复原的意思,大家可以理解成在瑜伽体式中休息。这种休息方式跟普通的躺平不同,在于它能够在辅具和重力的双重帮助下,让身体更加放松,躺的越久,越可以释放深层肌肉的紧张。如果大家还不太能理解修复瑜伽,那就一定要跟练今天的视频。在视频中亲身体会它神奇的效果。

Hi everyone, I'm YogaLadyM, and welcome to my yoga channel! It’s really tough to stick to exercise after work, isn’t it? Is there any workout suitable for those of us who just want to lie down? Of course, even lying down has its art. If you're going to lie down, you should do it comfortably and effectively!

Today, I’ll guide you through a restorative yoga sequence. "Restorative yoga" is a term translated from English, where "restorative" means recovery or healing. You can think of it as resting within yoga poses. This kind of rest is different from ordinary lying down because, with the help of props and gravity, it allows your body to relax even deeper. The longer you lie down, the more you can release tension from deep muscles. If you're not quite sure what restorative yoga is, you have to practice along with today’s video to experience its magical effects.

This session will help you release fatigue effectively and quickly restore your energy. It’s perfect after work or in between overtime to recharge your body. We’ll be using 4 yoga blocks for today's practice. And for those of you who are recharging, you have a chance to win a pair of our channel's custom "Embrace Your True Self" yoga blocks.
