Today we are getting our sweat on with this 20 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout with a single kettlebell!

For this workout, we are performing 20 rounds of this single hand complex - so 10 rounds per hand, alternating.
We have 5 exercises and we're doing 3 reps per move. This is a great workout to incorporate into your training because it's easy to scale up, either by adding weight or repetitions. (But know that when you add reps, you are also decreasing rest time in this type of EMOM workout.)
Workout::
20 rounds of 3 repetitions per exercise. You begin at the top of the minute, whatever time remaining in the minute after you complete the complex is rest time. Alternate hands each round.

Snatch
Squat
