• 🍯 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 🥚 1 egg, room temperature
• 🌿 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 🌾 1 and 1/4 cups flour
• 🥄 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 🍫 1 cup chopped dark chocolate

👉 Whisk the butter and sugar for one minute.

👉 Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix gently.
👉 Add the chopped chocolate and fold it in.

🧁 Assembly & Baking
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
2. Grease 8 cm × 4 cm baking rings and line a tray with parchment paper.
3. Add 2 tablespoons cookie dough to each ring, press it flat.
4. Add 1 tablespoon brownie batter on top, smooth the surface.
