This workout is going to make everyday life easier!! We are incorporating compound exercises and balance and stability moves for a functional full-body strength workout!
The structure is a pyramid-style workout with 6 exercises, a decreasing work and a rest timer for 3 rounds and finishing with a 2-minute plank challenge!
This workout will target the upper body, lower body, and core—all crucial muscles for activities that we do in our everyday lives!
20-MINUTE FUNCTIONAL FULL-BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
DUMBBELLS- FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT USE TO MODERATELY HEAVY. THIS WEIGHT IS RELATIVE TO YOU AND THE EXERCISE WE ARE DOING! FOR A REFERENCE I'M USING MY 10LB-20LB + 50LB/ 4.5KG-9KG + 22.6KG
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

PYRAMID STRUCTURE
SIX EXERCISES REPEATED IN THREE ROUNDS
ROUND 1:
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 15 SECONDS
ROUND 2:
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 10 SECONDS
ROUND 3:
WORK: 30 SECONDS REST: 5 SECONDS
2 MINUTE PLANK CHALLENGE
EXERCISE LIST
-IN & OUT SQUAT + BALANCE & PRESS
-ALTERNATING LUNGE WITH LIFT
-FARMER'S CARRY
-PUSH-UP + ALTERNATE LEG & ARM LIFT
-BEAR CRAWL + ROW
-PULLOVER + LEG LOWER
