The sliding discs help you engage all the smaller, supporting muscle groups so that you get a super effective workout in minimum time. There's a mix of cardio and toning to work every muscle in your body!
Slide and Box will take you through some fun boxing combinations whilst working your lower body with the sliders. Using light hand weights to increase the intensity you will see all your favorite punches such as upper cuts, cross punches and hooks. There are also some fun burpee squat combinations to really get the heart rate up and you will finish with an intense abs segment.
Fitness level: intermediate
Equipment: light hand weights and sliding discs (can use paper plates or rags)
