Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to crush this week.
Here's a 30 Minute Jiu Jitsu HIIT Workout that will go through our standard warm up, followed by standing movements and ground work to get a full body workout. We will be focusing on mobility, strength and cardio, body coordination and as always the importance of our breath!
