Hello Kettlebell queen! For this series I am sharing some training I did on social media. Today we’re diving into the Turkish Get-Up — Part 1.
Our goal is simple: learn the pathway. To get strong at this skill, you want to build triangles with your body. Why triangles? Because they’re the strongest geometric shape. When you learn how to create them in each position, lifting heavy becomes way more doable —You’re not muscling it. You’re just stacking bone over bone.
