What I ate in a week + training to get back on track after enjoying a little too much the past two weeks.
Felt bloated and so uneasy on Monday but by Sunday I felt light and energized again🤍
Ps. I don't eat like this every week but most of my meals includes different type of veggies and salads since I really love greens and a lot of the thai dishes I eat are healthy.
I also want to point out that ive been doing these "balance weeks" since forever. Almost like detoxing myself but I never starve myself. As you can see In this vlog I still eat my 2-3 meals + snacks
Since I've been doing this for a long time I know how to estimate my meals pretty well without having to count calories!
