😊 Five minutes cardio moves / heart rate up / feel warmer / a little breathless

😊 Upper body / each side separately / thirty seconds for each activity / use resistance or not
😊 Arm circles
😊 Shoulder press
😊 Bicep curls
😊 Front raise
😊 Lat raise
😊 Swop and repeat all the above on the other side
😊 Side bends thirty seconds each side
😊 Calf raises one minute
😊 Sit and hold one minute
😊 Squat one minute
😊 Side to side squat
😊 Stretch
😊 If you feel pain stop
😊 Keep cardio low impact if you need to
😊 Using resistance is optional
