Perform each superset for the prescribed repetitions and repeat for 3 rounds
Superset 1
Reverse Lunge with Core Rotations
Squat Thrust Hammer Curl to Press
Superset 2
Push Ups
Reverse Fly to Straight Arm Kickback
Superset 3
Squat Walkout to Front Raise
Deadlift to High Pull Row
Equipment: Weighted objects (dumbbells or water bottles)
