This is the first workout in the Quick and the Dead workout series.
Routine consists of Pulls (two handed swings) and Pushes (StrongFirst pushups or "power pushups")
4 sets of 5 pulls in 30 second intervals followed by 1 minute of rest and 4 sets of 5 pushes in 30 second intervals.
