Peach Cobbler. Super fast and one of our favorites. I had to improvise a little because my peaches were in light syrup and I was in a hurry, but you'll use peaches in heavy syrup and it will be perfect and easier, lol. Y'all have a great evening. 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 stick of melted butter, 28 oz can sliced peaches in heavy syrup. Grease a 9x13 or 10-inch iron skillet and preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla, and milk, and whisk until mixed. Pour a stick of melted butter into the skillet or baking dish, pour batter into the dish, then add peaches on top. That's easy. Cinnamon is optional but mix it in. I sprinkled mine and it went to the center lol. Still delicious 😋
