Join Natalie as she coaches you through a gentle and simple breathing practice to help relieve neck/upper back stiffness. This technique can also help reduce pain and has a cooling effect on the body. This breathing practice is know as Śitali pranayama. Try it for a minimum of 12 -16 breaths or as instructed by your yoga therapist.

Natalie Marnica is a certified yoga therapist and teacher with over 1000 hours of yoga training and 7 years of teaching experience. Natalie has spent most of her life dealing with major depression, chronic pain, anxiety, body dysmorphia, and living in a family with Huntington's Disease. Yoga has helped rebuild her life.
