The "Stress Prescription": We practice a specific 8-Stroke Breath (Inhale 8 strokes through the nose, Exhale 1 stroke). Recommendation: If you are currently very stressed, Yogi Bhajan recommended doing this specific breath 4 times a day to reset your rhythm: ⏰ 6:00 AM | 11:00 AM | 3:00 PM | 7:00 PM
The Flow:
Warm-ups: Cat-Cow, Torso Twists to release spinal tension. Stretching of sciatic nerve.
Pranayama: 5.5 Minutes of the 8-Stroke Breath for Pituitary activation.
Meditation: A specific meditation to bring a "Miraculous Solution" to any problem you are facing.
