MOBILITY // 20 Min Gentle Exercises to Touch Your Toes Guided Workout

This is a 20 minute guided mobility workout focusing on touching your toes with gentle exercises.
Being able to touch your toes requires low back flexibility, hip mobility, hamstring and sciatic nerve flexibility. I demonstrate an exercise to address each area needed so that over the course of doing this workout, you should be able to better identify which areas you need to work on to be able to touch your toes.
All of these exercises should be performed within your comfortable range of motion (at most 10% discomfort, absolutely no pain). Each exercise is gentle enough to repeat daily and with consistent practice, you should be able to touch your toes within 4 weeks! (Of course, this applies to apparently healthy individuals with no injuries or underlying issues.)
Equipment Needed: A Chair. I perform several exercises on the floor, but you can do them in a bed or other surface.
