CARROT CAKE
Ingredient
Eggs 4 pieces
Sugar 150 grams
Oil 112 grams
Carrot 275 grams
Walnuts 100 grams
Pineapple 150 grams
Flour 200 grams
Baking powder 1 tsp
FOR GLAZE:
Ingredient
Butter 125 grams
Cream cheese 250 grams
Icing sugar 400 grams
Vanilla essence as required
Method
Add eggs and sugar to a bowl and beat well until fluffy. Add oil and mix again.In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Add this mixture to the egg and sugar mixture. Add carrot, pineapple, and walnuts and fold well. Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes.
For the frosting:
Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add icing sugar and vanilla essence and beat well. Once the cake cools completely, cover it with the frosting.
LAVA COOKIES
Ingredient
Butter 115 grams
Brown sugar 100 grams
Caster sugar 50 grams
Egg 1 piece
Vanilla essence a few drops
Flour 160 grams
Cocoa powder 30 grams
Baking soda 3 grams
Salt 1 gram
Royal chocolate 160 grams
Cream 80 grams
Method
In a bowl, add butter, brown sugar and caster sugar, then beat well with a hand mixer.
Add vanilla essence and mix.
Now add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, then mix and keep the dough in the fridge to cool.
For the ganache, mix royal chocolate and cream together.
Pour the mixture on a sheet and let it cool, then cut into cubes.
Make 60-gram dough balls, create space in the center, place one cube inside and close.
Place on a baking tray and bake at 160°C for 15–20 minutes.
