Resident Evil SURVIVAL Training | Training Like Leon S. Kennedy

Can you pass and survive the Resident Evil survival training workout? Join me today as we will be training like Leon S. Kennedy from the Resident Evil series. We will do a total of 10 different bodyweight exercises to help build lean muscle, strength and endurance. This video game character workout will be based on how I think Leon Kennedy would train to maintain his physique, strength, agility endurance and more. Each exercise will require a certain number to pass. You have to get a total of 8 points out of 10 in order to pass this survival training. Test your strength and see if you can pass the Resident Evil survival training.

Leon Kennedy is one of the main characters from the Resident Evil series. Having first appeared in Resident Evil 2 where he survived the Raccoon city tragic zombie event conducted by the corrupt organization Umbrella.

Years later he finds himself in a similar situation this time to rescue the presidents daughter from the craze and powerful Sadler. Who also infiltrated and infected an entire community of ppl with the Las Plagas parasite.

Leon however, has persevered through multiple tragic events all in Resident Evil 2, 4 and 6. Leon is indeed one of my favorite characters in video games. He is an astounding officer with exceptional battle skills. He can fight, shoot, and even hold his own against anybody. Leon is a true way hero when it comes to Resident Evil.
