This 48min full body Pilates workout incorporates multiple exercise / Pilates balls to tone and strengthen. Designed to mix things up and destabilise your regular workout movements, you'll experience an increased challenge and fire up your core. You'll use the large Swiss ball, mini-stability ball and small toning balls in new and challenging combinations to maximise your workout time. Designed as a significant home workout, this session builds on the previous matwork videos by adding weight and instability. Remember to isolate working muscles groups, be mindful of your posture and technique and pause if you fatigue to the point of compromising your alignment.
