This is such an easy and healthy Vegan Fudge recipe, and the best part is that it needs only 4 ingredients!
Healthy Vegan Fudge
6 medjool dates, pitted
2 Tbsp nut or seed butter
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp almond essence)
A pinch of salt (optional)
For the chocolate fudge option, add 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp of cocoa powder as well.
