The thoracic spine, or upper back, is incredibly important for golf. It allows you to take a full shoulder turn, takes stress off your lower back during golf, and can improve your swing speed. As a physical therapist and strength coach, I give golfers exercises for thoracic spine flexility a lot - here are my favorites!
