Makes 1 loaf | 這食譜可做出 1條方包/吐司
Ingredients:
2 cups + 6 tbsp (345 grams) all-purpose flour
1 cup (102 grams) dark rye flour
1 cup (250 ml) lukewarm whole milk
¼ cup (87 grams) molasses
½ tablespoon (6 grams) granulated sugar
2½ teaspoon (9 grams) Instant dry yeast
2½ tablespoon (35 grams) unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon (6 grams) salt
1 large egg
1 large egg (egg wash)
1 tablespoon water (egg wash)
1 tablespoon (6 grams) instant oatmeal (for topping)
