(4 exercises – 6 moves | 3 rounds | 30 sec work / 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds)
1. Forearm Plank Twist – controlled rotation, core stability, obliques
2. Side Plank (Left + Right) – balance, waist shaping, inner strength
3. Lying Crab Toe Touch (Left + Right) – full-body core activation, fluid motion
4. Seated Knee Tuck – lower abs engagement, posture and control
