Workout Structure
• 5 exercises · 3 rounds
• 40 sec jump / 20 sec rest or light jump
• After each round: 1 min cycle rest or light jump
Exercises
1. Basic Bounce — calves, quads, core
2. Alternate Single Leg Jump (5+5) — calves, glutes, hamstrings, core
3. Jump Rope Jacks — legs, glutes, shoulders, core
4. High Knees — hip flexors, quads, core, calves
5. Alternate Front Kicks — hip flexors, quads, core
