EXERCISES IN THIS WORKOUT
(5 exercises | 3 rounds | 40 sec work / 20 sec rest | 1 min rest between rounds)
1. Jump Squat with Alternating Ground Touch – legs, glutes, core
2. Bear Crawl – shoulders, core, legs
3. Prisoner Squat with Knee Drive & Twist – legs, glutes, obliques, core
4. Lunge with Knee Drive (Right + Left) – glutes, hamstrings, quads, balance
4. Plank Jacks – core, shoulders, full-body stability
