Welcome to my 15 Minutes Feel Good Flow for a Beautiful Posture. This practice is based on principles of yoga and pilates, releasing tension, lengthening and stretching your muscles. I added foam roller for additional activation and fascia release.

This flow is perfect if you:

🦢 Want to improve your posture
🦢 Reconnect with your body
🦢 Sit a lot and feel a lot of tension in your body
🦢 Want to feel taller, lighter and graceful

Best time to practice?
This flow is low intensity and suitable for all: morning, evening and midday practices. I especially like it in the morning to awaken my body after waking up.
