Today I’m sharing a simple, creamy, low-calorie orange yogurt dessert that’s high in protein and perfect for cozy fall moments.
Ingredients (for 1 dessert):
• 1 peeled orange
• 2 tsp chia seeds
• 6 tbsp fat-free protein yogurt
• 1 egg yolk (optional, for a richer flavor)
• 2 tsp stevia
Mix gently, chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, and top with a little grated dark chocolate 🍫 if you like.
Optional: You can skip the egg yolk for a lighter version. This fall yogurt dessert also works beautifully with tangerine or other fruits.
