This creative fusion class blends yoga-inspired movement, animal style drills, and strength building HIIT to give you a full-body, energizing workout. We move through eight mini sequences.
• 1–4: short strength + mobility flows that we repeat and then link together
• 5–8: another set of dynamic drills that build heat, coordination, and control, then flow together into one powerful sequence
Expect animal-inspired transitions, creative mobility work, and yoga-based strength movements that challenge your balance, stability, and endurance.
This class is perfect if you want a strong, fluid, athletic flow that hits both cardio and mobility while still feeling grounded and intentional.
