This is a feel good stretch and mild strength workout using a long resistance band as a prop. If you don't have the band, grab a towel, yoga strap or even your circle for some of the movements. This workout includes single leg footwork with upper body to warm up the legs, single leg stretching with footwork, standing inner thigh stretch and strength with upper body stretches and strength exercises. And several other stretches to loosen up the body.
Equipment:
Long Resistance Band (Medium Tension)
All level classes are designed for beginner, intermediate and advanced individuals because the class can be altered to your own fitness level, whether it’s using heavier or lighter springs, dumbbells, modifying the exercise or just stretching. These classes include exercises that are safe for all and will leave you feeling great!
