A twist on the classic payasam – yeh hai meri Fruit Pal Payasam, packed with juicy fruits, rich coconut milk, and a touch of tradition. Perfect for cooling off after a festive meal.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Pistachios (chopped)
1 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
2 tbsp Raisins
½ cup Rice (soaked and drained)
½ cup Water
2 cups Coconut Milk
6–8 strands Saffron
¼ tsp Green Cardamom Powder
½ cup Jaggery Powder
½ no. Apple (chopped)
5–6 no. Green Grapes (chopped)
½ no. Orange (peeled and chopped)
1 no. Banana (peeled and chopped)
Method:
1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan and lightly sauté the Pistachios, almond and raisins.
2. Add rice, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
3. Add water, mix well and cook for 3-4 min.
4. Add coconut milk, mix well and cook for 8-10 min.
5. Add saffron, cardamom powder and jaggery and mix well.
6. Remove in serving bowl; add apple, banana, green grapes, orange and serve.
