This week, due to time constraints, rather than recording from home, I have recorded one of my in-person yoga classes, so sorry that the sound quality is not as good as normal (I forgot my mic!)
In this class, we explore creating a good balance between sthira (steadiness, strength) and sukha (ease, softness) — two essential qualities in yoga and in life.
Through Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), grounding movement, and a little playful balance practice, we’ll be trying to find that sweet spot between effort and ease.
Take this time to notice where you can soften or where you need more support, both on the mat and beyond it.
