January is still winter — a season that invites rest, reflection, and a slower pace. There’s no expectation here to rush back to full speed or push into anything new. This gentle yoga practice is an opportunity to ease yourself back into movement after the busy Christmas period, with familiar, nourishing shapes that support the body and nervous system.
We’ll move slowly through gentle stretches and simple transitions, creating space to soften, breathe, and settle. Alongside the movement, there will be moments of stillness — offering you the chance to slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
This practice is perfect if you’re feeling tired, stiff, overwhelmed, or simply in need of something comforting and grounding. Think of it as a steady, supportive return to the mat — no pressure, no pushing, just kind and familiar movement.
