A nourishing 25-minute Chair Yoga class, designed to help you slow down, gently strengthen, and reconnect with your body — without rushing or striving.
This session offers soft, accessible movements and strengthening poses, all done with the support of a chair. We’ll move mindfully, build quiet strength, and create space to breathe, reset, and arrive just as you are.
Perfect if you’re feeling stiff, tired, returning to movement after a break, or simply craving a calmer start to the year.
No experience needed — all are welcome.
