So many of us feel aches and pains in our body, here is a gentle flow designed to help stretch, loosen, and support the body and back in order to get stronger and experience back pain relief.

This hatha yoga for lower back pain and hip pain that Echo leads us though can work as a powerful emotional and physical therapy to relieve or alleviate pain -- and as we are multifaceted beings living a holistic lifestyle, this deep stretch can have implications for our mental health as well. Remember to breathe deeply and listen to your body.

This is a great morning yoga full body stretch for beginners or any level, and can be done throughout the day for an energizing deep stretch that can bring more flexibility, strength, and wellness.
