Day 3 – 20 Minute Lower Body Strength
45 seconds work | 15 seconds rest | 20 moves
Welcome to Day 3 of the challenge!
Today we’re focusing on lower body strength, building strong glutes, legs and hips while boosting confidence, posture and everyday power (hello squats, stairs and carrying the kids!)
Expect:
• Glute & leg sculpting
• Strength building without bulky weights
• Low impact but seriously effective moves
• A sweaty, empowering burn
This session is perfect for busy mums & women who want to feel strong, toned and capable, without needing fancy equipment or hours in the gym.
For best results, I recommend completing:
•My 5 minute warm-up before starting
•My 5 minute cool down/stretch after finishing
