Ingredients:
For Puran:
1 cup chana dal
Little less than 1 cup sugar
2 spoon rice
1-1/2 cup water
pinch of salt
cardamom powder
nutmeg powder
1 tsp ghee
For dough:
1 cup wheat flour
pinch of salt
1 spoon ghee
water as required
oil /ghee as required
ghee for roasting
Serve these with ghee, curd or milk.
