• 3 Circuits, 4 exercises each
• 2 Rounds each circuit
• 40s work, 20s rest
• 30s rest between each circuit

⚙️EQUIPMENT NEEDED
🏋️‍♀️2 Pairs of Dumbbells:
1 Heavier pair, something you can do 10 stationary lunges with
1 Lighter pair, something you can hold with your arm extended for 30s+
