Welcome to Day 2 of 5 full body workout series — a 15-minute follow-along Face Pull Workout you can do anytime, anywhere.
Face pulls are one of the best moves for building your rear delts, traps, and upper back — the muscles that balance out all those push-ups, bench presses, and desk hours that pull your shoulders forward. This workout will help undo the “dad hunch,” improve posture, and keep your shoulders healthy.
All you need is a resistance band and 15 minutes. No gym, no excuses.
