This Live recorded class is a quick full-body interval training workout for fat burn and muscle gains.
There 3 parts in the workout are each 10 minutes. The exercises have progressions that feel natural and increasing get harder.
Part 1: Warm-up Perfect 10 Moves, Mobility Exercises, and Cardio HIIT.
HIIT Interval training - 4 exercises, 2 rounds, 60s work 20,20,20 progressions
(TIMESTAMP 7:00)
1- Squats
2- Knee Drive Right
3- Knee Drive Left
4- Skater
Part 2: Strength with Weights (TIMESTAMP 17:45),
2 combination moves upper & lower body - 60 secs work
2 sets, medium and heavy dumbbells
(set #1: 12 lb dumbbells, Set #2 15 lb dumbbells)
1- Dumbbell Reverse Lunge w Bicep Curl: R-side, L-side, Squat to Overhead press
2- Discus: R-side, L-side, Alt. Lateral lunges
Part 3: Ab & Core Conditioning (TIMESTAMP 28:30)
4 moves, 2 sets each, 20-20-20 sec variations
1-Bicycle, Across body crunch R, Across Body Crunch L
2-Upper Crunches, Lower Crunches, Reverse Crunch (together)
3-Side Plank Crunch R
4-Side Plank Crunch L
It's a great workout in 30-minutes with a warm-up and cool-down.
